## Directory Structure
- Pattern: `/meetings/<Body_Name>/[<Subcommittee>]/<date-time>/transcript.html`
- **Date-Time Format**: `<YYYY-MM-DD>[_<HH-MM>]`
  - Note: San Francisco paths utilize hyphens (`-`) as date separators.
  - Bodies include `Board_of_Supervisors`, `Education_SFUSD_Board_of`, etc..
  - The `<HH-MM>` suffix represents the start time and is optional.

## Data Manifest
Each `transcript.html` acts as a data sink for automated indexing:
1. **Agenda**: Stored as a semantic list in `<nav id="agenda">`.
2. **Speaker Identity**: Detailed in the `<script id="meeting-data" type="application/json">` JSON block.
3. **Full Text**: Chronological, timestamped utterances located in `<div id="text-container">`.
